RETURN AUTHORIZATION POLICY
Each unit being returned must be accompanied by a return authorization # along with a brief description
as to the nature of the problem. Authorization numbers are available by phone or fax. Units should be returned to the following address:

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
After factory evaluation of the unit, customer will be notified of the specific charges for repairs.
No work will proceed without customer approval.
NO RETURNS FOR CREDIT ON UNITS BEYOND WARRANTY PERIOD
(One year from date of shipment)
WARRANTY RETURNS
1. All units returned will be thoroughly tested and evaluated for the following:
A. Confirm the warranty status of the unit.
B. Identify the specific problem (if any) with the unit.
C. Determine if abuse or misuse has caused the problem.
DEFECTIVE UNITS UNDER WARRANTY
2. Units under warranty may be returned for repair or replacement only, at no charge to the customer.
3. WARRANTY UNITS returned for credit may be credited as follows:
A. If unit has never been installed in service - Full credit less $50.00 restocking fee.
B. If unit has been installed in service, overall condition will determine amount to be credited
Max. credit $100.00.
4. WARRANTY IS VOID if, in the opinion of the factory, the unit returned has been subject to abuse
or misuse NO CREDIT will be allowed. It may be repaired as a non warranty unit, and subject to full repair
costs.
