Phase-Guard Admin Tool Software

The Phase-Guard software can be used to configure the Phase-Guard unit to fit your particular needs. Past events are logged and available for review in the Desktop software as well as on the device itself.
This software is available for both Windows and Mac, and communicates with the Phase-Guard unit through a USB port.

Troubleshooting

Admin Tool cannot connect to Phase-Guard unit.

• Re-select the USB port from device list on the left side of the window.
• If the desired Port/device is not available in the list, then make sure the Phase-Guard is connected via USB and choose "Refresh Device List" from the View menu.
• Try connecting to a different port in case the system has attached the device under a different name.
• Quit and relaunch the Admin Tool.
• Reboot the system in case some of the drivers have failed to initialize.
• Reinstall the Admin Tool. This can solve issues part of the software has been accidentally removed from the system.
• Download and install the USB drivers manually. This should happen as part of the full Admin Tool installer, but in some cases may need to be complete separately. Also try having a Phase-Guard device connected at the time of driver installation.
